How to book a taxi ?
There are several ways to book a cab : on this site, on our Taxi Nice Riviera mobile app, by phone at +33 (0)4 93 13 78 78, or by sending us a message to the same number on WhatsApp.
Can I order a cab for a specific time ?
It is entirely possible to order a cab for a specific time : simply specify it to our operators by phone or on WhatsApp, or note it on the website or app.
How long will it take for my cab to arrive ?
The average delay is 5 to 10 minutes.
Can I book a cab for someone else ?
You can book a cab for someone else, you just need to give us the name and the number of someone to contact on site at the time of the appointment.
What is the availability of cabs at night or on public holidays ?
Our cabs and operators are available 24/7, including public holidays.
Pricing and Payment
How are race prices calculated ?
There is a flat rate between Nice city center and the airport, as well as from the airport to certain neighboring towns. Find the price list in the Rates tab.
If no flat rate applies to your ride, the fare will be calculated based on the meter. You can request a maximum price by phone, via our WhatsApp, or calculate it directly from our app.
What payment methods are accepted ?
We automatically accept payments by credit card or cash.
Is there an additional charge for baggage or pets ?
A surcharge applies for every fourth piece of luggage per person. There is no surcharge for pets.
Do you provide airport flat rate ?
All our airport packages can be found in the Rates tab.
Do you offer long distance races ?
Long-distance races are of course possible with our cabs.
Is there a cancellation fee is I book in advance ?
It is possible to cancel free of charge after confirmation in case of emergency, but keep in mind that when our drivers are traveling, they lose valuable time and their working conditions deteriorate.
Specific Services
Do you offer cabs adapted for people with reduced mobility ?
We do not have taxis for people with reduced mobility, but we can dispatch a low-profile car taxis to facilitate the transportation of customers with mobility difficulties. We also accommodate people with folding wheelchairs.
To obtain a TPMR taxi you must contact the dedicated service at the town hall.
Can I order a cab with a baby seat or booster seat ?
It is not possible to order a taxi with a baby seat or booster seat. However, you can still bring your own or book them at Nice Airport.
According to Article R.412-1 of the Highway Code, the use of an approved child restraint system is not mandatory for passengers under 13 years of age traveling in a taxi.
Thus, anyone traveling with a child under 13 years of age cannot require a taxi driver to be equipped with a seat suitable for transporting children.
Finally, a taxi driver cannot refuse to take a passenger accompanied by a child under 13 years of age, if his taxi is not equipped with an approved restraint system.
What vehicle options are available ?
There are many customization options available to you :
- Station wagon Taxi : If you have a lot of luggage, a folding wheelchair, or any other bulky item, it is possible to order a taxi with a larger trunk.
- 5, 6, 7, or more rarely 8-seater taxis: if you are more than 4 people, please specify by phone at +33 (0)4 93 13 78 78 or via our WhatsApp messaging service so that our operators can provide you with a suitable vehicle. For greater safety, especially at night or early in the morning, book it in advance and be sure to get the vehicle you need.
- Low-profile car: If you or a loved one has difficulty climbing the stairs, contact us by phone or via our WhatsApp messaging service to let our operators know.
- Green/hybrid car: Is ecology a value you care about, and do you want to limit your carbon footprint? Let us know via the app, by phone, or via our WhatsApp messaging service, and we'll send you an electric or hybrid vehicle.
- Pet-friendly driver: If you are traveling with your pet, please inform the operator by phone or WhatsApp, or select the option available on the app.
- Female Driver: If you are a woman and feel safer or more comfortable with another woman, you can ask our operators to send you a female driver.
Do you offer transportation services to train stations and airports ?
We have a taxi rank in each airport terminal to make it easier for you to get to your destination of choice.
Via the G7, you can directly book cabs from Nice airport or train stations and by specifying your flight or train number we will reserve you a personalized welcome by tracking your flight live.
Can I book a taxi for multiple stops or a specific duration ?
It is entirely possible to make several stops on a journey.

If you contacted us directly to book the ride, the taxi will be identified immediately and your item will be found. However, if you spontaneously took a taxi in the city or at a station, the taxi may not be part of our fleet; the process is more uncertain and may take longer. Don't hesitate to also contact the lost and found office at the airport or train station.
