The 30th anniversary of the cooperative
For 30 years, Taxi Nice Riviera has been supporting both locals and visitors to the French Riviera with reliable, high-quality service. Three decades of experience, shared journeys, and trust built with our customers.
History
Founded on January 5, 1995, the cooperative connects taxi drivers and customers to provide an ever more efficient and high-quality service.
A major period of modernization took place between 2018 and 2019, when we transitioned from Indelco, an old system that managed trip distribution and reception via a relay antenna, to the much more modern and efficient ENOZIS software. With ENOZIS, drivers now receive their trips directly on a constantly connected and geolocalized smartphone. This major change has allowed Nice’s taxi dispatch center to become far more responsive to incoming ride requests.
Since 1995, the taxi profession has been constantly evolving. Today, our collaboration with the city council is closer than ever, and the competition brought by the arrival of ride-hailing services in 2011 has encouraged taxi drivers to go above and beyond, continually improving the quality of their service.
Loyalty lies at the heart of Taxi Nice Riviera’s spirit: both drivers and passengers, some have been with us for 30 years !
